Canyons do Sul was born from a deep love for Praia Grande and the canyon region of Southern Brazil.
Founded in 2009 by local guides passionate about their territory, the agency emerged from a desire to go beyond guiding — to become a true agent of transformation in local tourism.
From the very beginning, our purpose has been to value what the region offers at its most authentic — carefully selected accommodations, small family-run businesses, and partnerships built on respect, trust, and identity.
All with one single goal: to provide genuine and memorable experiences for those who choose to explore the Canyons of Southern Brazil.
In 2018, the agency went through a strategic pause.
Our return came in 2020, marking a new and even more conscious chapter, aligned with what we truly believe in: offering visitors the best value for money without ever compromising on quality, care, and the joy of being here.
Today, Canyons do Sul operates with a thoughtful selection of guesthouses, personalized services, and warm, attentive support — led by people who deeply know the region and are proud to call it home.
